Provide and improve the app's functionality
Personalize your experience
Enable features such as AI responses and community sharing

AI Features

Linen uses an AI-powered companion to generate responses based on your input. These responses are automated and may not always be accurate.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Content you choose to share with the community may be visible to other users.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

Your Choices

You may choose what content to share and can stop using the app at any time.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Specifically:

Journal entries and reflections are stored for the duration of your account.
Account information (email, name) is retained until you delete your account.
Usage analytics data is retained for up to 24 months in anonymized form.
If you have not used the app for 24 consecutive months, we may delete your data after providing notice.

Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To delete your data:

In-app: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will immediately and permanently delete all your data from our servers.
By email: Send a deletion request to help@theosomatic.com with the subject line "Delete My Linen Account." We will process your request within 30 days.

Upon deletion, all personal data including your journal entries, reflections, and account information will be permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.

Children's Privacy

Linen is not intended for children under 13.
